  33.   - The above drivers support TVGA8800, 8900, 8900C and 9000 if video mode
  34.     and memory is available.
  35.   - For 800x600 16-color, recommended to use Windows 3.1 build-in "Super VGA
  36.     (800x600, 16 colors)" driver. If you have Window screen / full screen
  37.     switch problem, you can re-install driver by selecting Trident driver.

  40. Installation
  41. ------------

  43. 1. First install MS Windows 3.1 using the standard IBM VGA driver.
  44.  
  45. 2. Make sure Windows 3.1 is working properly.
  46.  
  47. 3. If you've previously installed any Trident Win 3.x drivers,
  48.    delete OEMx.INF file in Win 3.1 SYSTEM directory
  49.    (e.g. c:\windows\system\oem0.inf ).
  50.  
  51. 4. Change to Windows 3.1 directory (e.g. c:\windows), run SETUP.EXE.
  52.  
  53. 5. Insert enclosed disk, change display driver to "Other...".
  54.  
  55. 6. Enter the full path of TRIDENT driver (e.g. A:\ ).
  56.  
  57. 7. Select a suitable TRIDENT driver.
  58.  
  59. 8. Follow instructions to finish SETUP.

  62. IMPORTANT NOTES
  63. ===============

  65. - All driver files are compressed by using Microsoft COMPRESS. If you
  66.   install the driver to network server, you MUST expand all driver files
  67.   by using Microsoft EXPAND.

  69. - Recommended to install the driver from drive A:. If you install from other
  70.   place, SETUP may report that fail to locate some driver files. In this case,
  71.   press <Esc> key and re-enter the source path.
